Racing Engine Warranty Disclaimer

All Mazworx Racing Engines come with a STARTUP WARRANTY ONLY. We ensure that all components installed in the engine are per your quotation and installed by our highly experience staff.

Due to the nature of these engines are high performance and racing, we are not responsible for any damages or engine failure due to not following proper intial startup procedures, improper oil pressure at startup, user error, improper tuning, and harsh conditions these racing engines are used for.

All engines are purpose built strictly for use in racing vehicles – for RACING USE ONLY and are thus subject to the unusual stresses normally associated with this type of use. Since the operation of these engines is far in excess of the safe limits that are usually set for these engines, breakage and failures can be common, and are an accepted risk of racing. Also based on the history of racing has always been a trial and error by the end-users of this type of equipment. Therefore, because of the many unknown factors involved in experimentation and because the safety limits can normally be exceeded by virtually every part in the engine, we do not offer a warranty of any kind on our racing engines. It is to be purchased and used buy the buyer at their own risk and with this understanding. If any of our parts become defective after purchase and delivery, the buyer assumes all costs of service and repair. Mazworx Racing Engines can guarantee the functionality and service application of every component as of the date of the engine being built and finish-tested only.  The buyer assumes all responsibility at time of pick-up/delivery.

Parts used in your racing engine build are all based on manufacturer specifications and their respective warranties. Mazworx Racing Engines does NOT manufacturer any of the parts used unless stated and consumer cannot hold Mazworx liable for manufactured parts used in this build for any defects and failures.
