Supertech just released a complete set of single springs and titanium retainers for the VH45DE. This springs ups the factory 49 lbs of seat pressure to 77 lbs. Allows you to turn the motor faster without the worry of valve float. These are recommended for turbo engine and if installing the upgraded cams.
