All orders placed with Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, Inc constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed below. All prices, materials, design, and specification are subject to change without notice. Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, Inc reserves the right to change any and all Terms and Conditions of Sale without notice.

All engine modification components, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-highway application. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission and or safety in a vehicle used on public roadways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or the user to a fine and/or a penalty. Installation of these parts may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance may no longer be lawfully used on public roadways. Further, all engine components, headlight units, electrical components, import parts, and any or all after-market accessories are sold AS IS without any warranty and may not be returned. User assumes all costs and risks associated with these and other import items.

Return: return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, all refunds will be for store credit only. All authorized return merchandise must not be used and in it’s original purchase condition and packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. A copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return and a contact phone number where we may reach you. A 20% (of total sale amount) re-stocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns or cancellation of order. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items. All rims and tires will be considered as special order items, once they’re mount and balance, we suggest that if you are attempting a “custom” fitment that you order a single wheel so as to reduce the exposure. All special orders must be prepaid. All parts shall remain the property of Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, Inc until paid for in full. If the product ordered has not been paid for in full within 30 days from the date ordered the deposit will be used as a restocking fee and will not be refundable. All items that are to be retuned must be freight pre-paid by the customer unless authorized by any Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, Inc staff. In only special cases will Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, Inc cover for freight on any returns or exchanges.

Warranty: All merchandise sold by Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, Inc is only subject to manufacturer’s warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if defect is found caused by the customers misuse, abuse, negligence, and or mishandling. No labor or inconveniences may be included in any claims.

Payment: All purchases made through Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, Inc must be paid in full upon shipping or will call on all parts or services rendered by Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, Inc. Only in special cases will Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, Inc ship items COD (Cash on Delivery) and in those cases will payment be made in certified funds only. If and when company or personal checks be accepted, any returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fee.

Installation: All installation and or labor performed by Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, Inc holds a “drive out” warranty only. Which entails that vehicle has been inspected and in working condition when delivered. No warranty applies afterwards. Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, Inc will not be held liable for anything after delivery of the vehicle. Any high performance install must follow all proper maintenance and “break-in” period and will be stated to the customer at the time of delivery of the vehicle. Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, Inc will not be held liable for not following proper set directions set forth.

THERE WILL BE ABSOLTUELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO ANY OF THE TERMS STATED.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR STATE LAWS REGARDING THE USE OF ANY AFTERMARKET PARTS.

ALL PARTS SOLD BY Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, INC. ARE FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY UNLESS CARB SPECIFIED.

I ACKNOWLEDGE TO ALL THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES AND WILL NOT HOLD Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, INC LIABLY FOR ANY AND OR DAMAGES OCCURRED FROM INPROPER INSTALLATION OR MANUFACTUER DEFECTS. ALSO SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, CONSTITUTES THAT THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER WILL AGREE TO PAY ALL CHARGES FOR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RENDERED BY Mazworx/Mazworx Manufacturing, INC.
