Dave Briggs and Formula Drift traveled south to Florida on June 5-6 for the
third round of the 2015 FD season, held at Orlando Speed World. An
impressive 11,000 fans were in attendance. The event streamed live online
where 637,000 viewers logged on to watch the action. The TV show is set
to air on CBS Sports Network on June 24th and July 4th.
The team had a rough start to the weekend with an engine failure followed
by a separate incident of contact with the bank wall that damaged the
suspension. Although the team fell short in Pro1, Briggs was able to find
success in Pro2, battling his way up to a 4th place overall finish.
