Denstoj have cleverly developed these lifters to include a retaining clip to prevent the rocker arm from detaching from an unpredicted valve event (misfire, over-rev, limit, etc). The rocker retainer clip simply clicks onto the OEM rocker arm. These solid lifters have been machined to accept the retaining clip.
