Mazworx Engine Drop-Off, Payment & Storage Terms
By delivering an engine, vehicle, or any parts to Mazworx Manufacturing (“Mazworx”), the customer agrees to the following terms.
Deposits & Work Start
A deposit is required before work will begin.
If a deposit is not received within 14 days of drop-off, the job may be placed on hold and storage fees may begin to apply.
Completion & Final Payment
When a job is completed, Mazworx will notify the customer using the contact information provided.
Final payment is due within 14 days of that notice.
Customer property will not be released until payment is made in full.
Storage Fees
Because Mazworx is not a storage facility, storage fees apply when engines or parts remain on site beyond reasonable timeframes.
Storage fees may be charged as follows:

$15 per day for complete engines or long blocks

$10 per day for short blocks or cylinder heads

$5 per day for loose parts
Storage fees begin:

14 days after drop-off if no deposit has been paid, or
-
14 days after job completion if the balance has not been paid and the items have not been picked up.
Abandoned Property
Customer property is considered abandoned if:

45 days have passed after drop-off without a deposit, or
-
60 days have passed after job completion without payment or pickup.
Once property is deemed abandoned, Mazworx may provide final notice and then sell, scrap, or otherwise dispose of the items to recover unpaid balances. Any proceeds may be applied to the amount owed.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping their contact information current and for responding to payment and pickup notifications. Failure to respond does not stop storage fees or abandonment timelines.
Liability
Mazworx is not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, cracks, wear, or damage caused by delayed pickup or unpaid balances.
Acceptance
By dropping off property, approving work, or paying an invoice, the customer agrees to these terms and to Mazworx’s full Engine Drop-Off & Storage Agreement.
