Oil System

This adapter bolts to the ATI damper for SR20s to mount a 1" drive pulley for an external oil/fuel pump. Each damper has a specific adapter and hardware.  So select the correct damper you have.

Billet front cover for dry sump systems only.  Fits all blocks but specifically made for the VE head.  Must be machined to match deck surface.  Adjustable timing pointers coming soon.

When installing a VVL head on a non-VVL block and still utilizing the factory solenoid block, then you will need to feed the head externally with oil.  This is typically done when using a P12 (8H6) head on a RWD application or on FWD/AWD configurations. It's best to pull the factory ball bearing from the rear of the head and tap it 1/8"NPT to feed oil.  You will also need to tap the original feed hole on the deck of the head 1/8"NPT.  Make sure the plug will be slightly below...

Billet SR20 oil pan specifically designed for RWD applications. Designed to clear the S-Chassis crossmember and steering rack.  Also can be used in race car applications with the motor standing straight up.  Oil fittings and sump set on the intake side.

Fits in OEM location and uses a -8AN ORB fitting.  Head must come off to install.  -8AN fitting is included as an option.

Complete dry sump kit developed specifically for FWD applications using the FWD block.  Will not work on AWD blocks.  Billet oil pan with center sump and baffle to trap oil during acceleration and braking.  Oil pump mounts low on exhaust side.  Can be fitted with fuel pump on the rear of pump (option).  Hard stainless steel scavenge lines are optional.

Billet oil block adapter for all SR20 FWD blocks and most AWD blocks (not GTi-R 54C).  Fits behind the power steering pump bracket and allows you to run a remote oil filter and/or oil cooler.  Comes with -10an fittings.  Has 3 ports tapped for 1/8" NPT.

This Nissan factory SR20DET oil pump comes from the S15 version of the SR. We drill the pumps so they will also work on an S13.It works on all S13/S14/S15 SRs.

Update your R32 RB crankshaft with this extended collar. The original collar on the R32 cranks only engaged the oil pump 1/8" which has the tendency of breaking the pump. When you install this collar, it will engage the oil pump the full length. Machine work is necessary and can be provided.
