This block off plate replaces the solenoid block when going to a VVL killer setup.
When installing a VVL head on a non-VVL block and still utilizing the factory solenoid block, then you will need to feed the head externally with oil. This is typically done when using a P12 (8H6) head on a RWD application or on FWD/AWD configurations. It's best to pull the factory ball bearing from the rear of the head and tap it 1/8"NPT to feed oil. You will also need to tap the original feed hole on the deck of the head 1/8"NPT. Make sure the plug will be slightly below...
Oring kit for our legacy VVL Solenoid Relocation Blocks
New and improved. Water neck with heater hose for use when using a VVL head on a RWD block. Replaces the FWD neck on the head. Allows you to retain the RWD coolant temp sensors and coolant routing. Rear water bungs are -10an ORB. Our optional hose and fitting kit will allow you to loop the coolant line back to the thermostat housing to allow the thermostat to open when engine is warm. We supply a 3/4" barb fitting to allow you to run the heater core hose or a block off if you are...
The compact solenoid housing reclocks the solenoid so it can fit RWD applications where the firewall does not allow you to use the factory solenoid bracket.Only works on the 8H6 P12 cylinder head.
Mazworx 4140 heat treated Chromoly bolt with black zinc coating. This bolt was designed for the exhaust cam gear when using the Mazworx VVL cam trigger wheel.
New Mazworx SR20VE RWD Billet Oil Pump Pickup. This pickup is required when doing a VVL/VE cylinder head conversion. Our older version of this pickup used to be made with a S14 blacktop pickup and a VE oil pickup. The larger inlet tube on the VVL is required for the bigger VVL oil pump. Since OE parts are getting more difficult to get, we came up with machined billet piece. Obviously with some enhancements, Mazworx's style. CNC machined and professionally assembled in house. ...
Blocks off the distributor hole on a FWD head.
This blocks off the water line under the intake manifold flange on an SR20VE head. Oring included.
When installing a FWD head on a RWD block, the FWD head does not have the extra oil drain in the back. This plug blocks off the the drain hole in the block. Includes orings.
Deleting the is common when building a high hp S14/S15 SR20DET due to the failure of the VTC intake cam gear with upgraded valvetrain. If you choose to delete your VTC intake cam gear on your S14 or S15 SR20, then this plug replaces the VTC solenoid. By doing the delete, you will either have to run an S13 intake cam or use an adjustable cam gear to dial in the intake cam. Naturally the S14/S15 intake cam is retarded 15-20 degrees.
If you want the highest level of timing accuracy, a 60-2 crank trigger gives that to you. Completely relying on the cam for timing introduces error. We developed this kit from the race team because we needed the most precise timing when making 2000+hp. This kit uses a 60-2 reference trigger on the crank and a single pickup on the exhaust cam for sync. We accomplish this by providing an outer shell for the ATI pulley that has the 60-2 teeth integrated in it. ...

We developed this kit from the race team because we needed the most precise timing when making 2000+hp. This kit uses a 60-2 reference trigger on the crank only. This kit alone will run batch fire injection. Or can be used with engines that already have a cam pickup for sequential injection. We...
When using a VE oil pump on an S14/S15 block, the top left front cover hole does not align. This is due to the oil passage for the VTC. So we developed a simple clamp that uses the S14/S15 existing hole and puts clamping force on the small section so there's no chance of separating and leaking oil.
When going to the roller rockers, there needs to be fed some oil through the rocker shafts to lubricate the roller rockers. This plate will feed a small amount through the groove machined. Oil will need to be fed to the head like a normal VE setup.
Our latest version. Comes with a billet one piece runner section. Standard manifold comes with 4 injector pockets and a single fuel rail. Secondary injector bungs are there with no holes. You can upgrade now or later to 8 injectors and a secondary fuel rail. Fuel rails are -10an. Pick your throttle body flange and IACV flange.Standard manifold comes with a P11 flange. Optional P12 flange available.Nitrous nozzle bungs pre-marked on bottom of runners. A must have for those that are doing the VE...
Here is a OEM SR20VET Metal Head Gasket. 1.1mm thickness. We offer these in a variety of bore sizes. The larger bore gaskets are machined to order and are labeled for the bore size. We machine the gaskets .5mm larger than the bore size. So if you order an 86.5mm gasket, it will measure 87mm.86.5mm and larger gaskets may take up to a week to ship. They are machined to order.
296°/302° | 12.50mm/12.50mm Valve Lift VVL middle lobe removed. Suits high HP turbo engines for drag racing. VVL Killers put the big cam on the outer lobes. Center lobe are machined off. Allows you to remove the VVL actuation. Only for race motors.
290°/290° | 10.60mm/10.60mm Valve Lift Racing cams to suit 400-700hp turbocharged SR16VE/SR20VE engines. Suits turbo sizing 54-67mm. Centre lobe removed, large lobe profile on outer lobes to allow for VVL system to be removed for less valvetrain mass. These will make power to around 9k rpm. Great with E85. VVL Killers put the big cam on the outer lobes. Center lobe are machined off. Allows you to remove the VVL actuation. Only for race motors. ...
228°/235 @ 1mm° | 11.07mm/11.58mm Valve Lift Racing cams to suit 400-600hp turbocharged high response SR16VE/SR20VE engines. Centre lobe removed, large lobe profile on outer lobes to allow for VVL system to be removed for less valvetrain mass. These will make power to around 4-8k rpm.
